You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77cx login credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. 77cx will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from 77cx should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your 77cx account, you must notify 77cx support immediately. 77cx will investigate all reported cases of unauthorised access. However, 77cx accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep login credentials secure, or from a Player's voluntary disclosure of their credentials to a third party.
